**PLEASE NOTE: The KO Regional Championship Meet will be Saturday August 5th and Sunday August 6th. We are working on finding an alternate venue, as we were not able to get pool time in Nelson. The KO Regional Practice will be held on Monday August 7th for ALL swimmers who qualify and will be attending provincials.
